Shipping Policy

Delivery Windows: We aim to deliver all acoustic panels within 5 to 20 working days. Our panels are large-format items, so we use specialised couriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the volume of your order and your location within the UK.

Dispatch Notification: You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Handling: Due to the size of the 2700mm panels, we recommend two people are present to receive and move the delivery.
